Using the Transaction Service Report
The Transaction Service Report sales reporting tool will allow you to view the information returned by your payment processing service regarding credit card transactions from customers in your web store. This report will only be useful if you are using a live payment processing service, such as Linkpoint, Verisign, or AuthorizeNet. If you are using email merchant processing and processing credit cards manually with a terminal, then this report will not return any results. Follow the step-by-step instructions below to learn how to use this tool.
- Open your web store’s Merchant Tools in your browser. Click the link for Sales Reports.
- Select Transaction Service Report from the Select Report drop-down list. Enter a date range in the Start Date and End Date fields, or else click one of the short-cuts (Day, Week, Month, Year to Date).
- Click Submit.
